1. I've forgotten my nickname and/or password. What should I do?
If you've forgotten you nickname or password, you can access it through our reminder page. All requests for forgotten passwords must go through the reminder page.
2. How do I know if I am playing celebrities?
Great question! All celebrities will have a star next to
their name, and on the table in front of them. Anyone with a famous
name who doesn't have a star is not a real celebrity!
3. How much does a Hollywood Poker account cost?
All Hollywood Poker accounts are free! You can play for
free as long as you want. When you're ready to play for Real Money and
experience the thrill of beating a celebrity, we'll help you learn how
to play for Real Money.
4. What are PokerPoints?
PokerPoints are points that a player accrues by playing
Hollywood Poker. The more you play, the more points you collect.
PokerPoints can earn you a variety of benefits like free entry into
tournaments, Hollywood Poker merchandise, and much more. Learn more

5. How many points do I earn?
Hold'em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud
Points are earned for every
raked real money hand. You do not have to pay rake to earn points, you
just need to be dealt cards. If you are sitting out you will not earn
any points.
You get Poker Points for playing in hands in which the rake taken is
$0.10 or more. The amount of Poker Points awarded is in accordance with
the table below.

All players making a contribution to the pot will be eligible to receive Poker Points.
Tournaments
5 Poker Points are awarded for every paid dollar in entry fee (real
money tournaments). For example, if you enter a $20+2 tournament, you
will be awarded 5 * $2 = 10 points, if you enter a $5+$0.50 tournament,
you will be awarded 5*$0.50 = 2.5 points. The points are awarded when
the tournament finishes.
